- use the site or its content to mislead anyone about the foundation or to solicit money in its name;
- copy substantial parts of the site for commercial use without written permission.
Content and ownership
Unless stated otherwise, the text, design and images on this site belong to Sahayora Foundation or are used with permission. The Sahayora name and logo may not be used without the foundation's consent.
Links to other services
Some buttons open services run by other companies, such as WhatsApp. The foundation does not control those services and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
No warranties
The site is provided as it is. The foundation aims to keep it accurate and available but does not promise that it will be free of errors or interruptions, and is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the sample content of this preview, to the extent the law allows.
Donations
Terms covering donations, refunds, recurring gifts and tax receipts will be added here before online giving is switched on.
Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India. The courts with jurisdiction will be named here once the foundation's registered office is confirmed.

यह साइट अभी केवल पूर्वावलोकन है। इस पर दिखाए गए आँकड़े, कहानियाँ, अभियानों की राशियाँ और संपर्क विवरण नमूना सामग्री हैं और इन पर भरोसा नहीं किया जाना चाहिए। अभी दान स्वीकार नहीं किए जा रहे हैं, दान के चरणों में कोई भुगतान नहीं लिया जाता, और कोई कर रसीद जारी नहीं होती।

सामग्री और स्वामित्व
जब तक अलग से न बताया गया हो, इस साइट का पाठ, डिज़ाइन और चित्र सहायोरा फाउंडेशन के हैं या अनुमति लेकर उपयोग किए गए हैं। फाउंडेशन की सहमति के बिना सहायोरा नाम और लोगो का उपयोग नहीं किया जा सकता।
अन्य सेवाओं के लिंक
कुछ बटन अन्य कंपनियों की सेवाएँ खोलते हैं, जैसे व्हाट्सऐप। इन सेवाओं पर फाउंडेशन का नियंत्रण नहीं है, और इनका उपयोग करते समय इनकी अपनी शर्तें और गोपनीयता नीतियाँ लागू होती हैं।
कोई वारंटी नहीं
साइट जैसी है वैसी ही उपलब्ध कराई गई है। फाउंडेशन इसे सही और उपलब्ध रखने का प्रयास करता है, पर यह वादा नहीं करता कि इसमें कोई त्रुटि या रुकावट नहीं होगी। इस पूर्वावलोकन की नमूना सामग्री पर भरोसा करने से हुए किसी नुक़सान के लिए फाउंडेशन, क़ानून द्वारा अनुमत सीमा तक, उत्तरदायी नहीं है।
दान
दान, धन-वापसी, नियमित दान और कर रसीदों से जुड़ी शर्तें ऑनलाइन दान शुरू होने से पहले यहाँ जोड़ी जाएँगी।
लागू क़ानून
इन शर्तों पर भारत के क़ानून लागू होने का इरादा है। फाउंडेशन का पंजीकृत कार्यालय तय हो जाने पर यहाँ बताया जाएगा कि क्षेत्राधिकार किन न्यायालयों का होगा।
इन शर्तों में बदलाव
यदि इन शर्तों में बदलाव होता है, तो नया संस्करण इसी पृष्ठ पर, ऊपर नई तारीख़ के साथ, प्रकाशित किया जाएगा।
