This policy explains what information this website handles and why. It describes the site as it works today, which is a preview that does not yet accept donations.

What this site collects today

At present the site does not collect or store personal information about its visitors.

• Donation form. The donation steps are a preview. Anything you type there (name, mobile number, email address, PAN) stays in your browser, is not sent to us, and is discarded when you close or reload the page. No payment is taken.
• Language preference. If you switch between English and Hindi, your choice is saved in your own browser so the site opens in that language next time. It is not sent anywhere.
• Cookies. The site does not set tracking or advertising cookies and does not run analytics.

Services that receive information when you visit

Like any website, loading these pages involves other companies that see technical details such as your IP address and browser type:

• Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard server logs.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces and icons used on the pages.
• Supabase stores the content the foundation publishes here, such as impact figures, photos and stories. Your browser fetches that content from Supabase when you open the home page. The site does not send Supabase anything about you beyond what any web request carries.
• YouTube. Videos in the gallery are hosted on YouTube. Their preview pictures load from YouTube when the gallery is shown, and playing a video loads YouTube's player, which is governed by Google's privacy policy.
• WhatsApp. The volunteer, CSR and donor support buttons open WhatsApp with a message you can edit before sending. Nothing is sent unless you choose to send it, and what you send is handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Photos, videos and stories of people

The foundation publishes photos, videos and stories only with the agreement of the people in them, or of a parent or guardian where a child is shown.

If you appear in something on this site and want it changed or removed, contact us and we will take it down.

Before donations open

When online donations are switched on, the foundation will need to collect donor details in order to process gifts and issue tax receipts. This policy will be rewritten before that happens to state exactly what is collected, which payment provider is used, how long records are kept and who can see them.

Your choices

You can clear the saved language preference at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings. You can use the whole site without entering any personal information.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.

यह साइट आज क्या एकत्र करती है

फ़िलहाल यह साइट अपने आगंतुकों की व्यक्तिगत जानकारी न तो एकत्र करती है और न ही संग्रहीत करती है।

• दान फ़ॉर्म। दान के चरण केवल पूर्वावलोकन हैं। वहाँ आप जो कुछ भी लिखते हैं (नाम, मोबाइल नंबर, ईमेल पता, पैन) वह आपके ब्राउज़र में ही रहता है, हमें नहीं भेजा जाता, और पृष्ठ बंद करने या दोबारा खोलने पर हट जाता है। कोई भुगतान नहीं लिया जाता।
• भाषा की पसंद। यदि आप अंग्रेज़ी और हिंदी के बीच भाषा बदलते हैं, तो आपकी पसंद आपके अपने ब्राउज़र में सहेज ली जाती है, ताकि अगली बार साइट उसी भाषा में खुले। यह कहीं भेजी नहीं जाती।
• कुकीज़। यह साइट ट्रैकिंग या विज्ञापन वाली कुकीज़ नहीं लगाती और कोई एनालिटिक्स नहीं चलाती।

• व्हाट्सऐप। स्वयंसेवक, CSR और दानदाता सहायता वाले बटन व्हाट्सऐप को एक ऐसे संदेश के साथ खोलते हैं जिसे आप भेजने से पहले बदल सकते हैं। जब तक आप ख़ुद न भेजें, कुछ नहीं भेजा जाता, और जो आप भेजते हैं उस पर व्हाट्सऐप की अपनी गोपनीयता नीति लागू होती है।

लोगों की तस्वीरें, वीडियो और कहानियाँ

फाउंडेशन तस्वीरें, वीडियो और कहानियाँ केवल उन लोगों की सहमति से प्रकाशित करता है जो उनमें दिखते हैं, या जहाँ कोई बच्चा दिखता है वहाँ माता-पिता या अभिभावक की सहमति से।

यदि आप इस साइट की किसी सामग्री में दिखते हैं और उसे बदलवाना या हटवाना चाहते हैं, तो हमसे संपर्क करें, हम उसे हटा देंगे।

दान शुरू होने से पहले

जब ऑनलाइन दान शुरू किया जाएगा, तब दान की प्रक्रिया पूरी करने और कर रसीद जारी करने के लिए फाउंडेशन को दानदाता का विवरण एकत्र करना होगा। उससे पहले यह नीति दोबारा लिखी जाएगी, ताकि साफ़ बताया जा सके कि क्या एकत्र किया जाता है, कौन-सा भुगतान सेवा प्रदाता इस्तेमाल होता है, रिकॉर्ड कितने समय तक रखे जाते हैं और उन्हें कौन देख सकता है।
